About OnAimBot

OnAimBot is the calendar crawler behind OnAim. It collects publicly available match dates (IPSC & BDS) and aggregates them into the OnAim match calendar — always linking back to the source page.

Identity

OnAimBot/1.0 (+https://onaim.app/about/bot)

Requests from OnAimBot always carry this user agent and arrive at most once per day.

Behaviour

• robots.txt is honoured — disallowed paths are never fetched.
• At most one crawl run per day and source (daily schedule).
• At least 2 seconds between requests to the same host.
• ETag / conditional-request caching — unchanged pages are not downloaded again.
• Link-back: every aggregated event links to its original source page.
