Delete account

You can delete your OnAim account at any time. The easiest way is directly in the app. If you no longer have access to the app, you can also request deletion by email.

1. Delete in the app

1. Open the OnAim app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Under Account & subscription, tap Account.
4. Tap Delete account there.
5. Enter your email address to confirm and confirm the deletion.

2. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your personal data:

• Your profile (name, club and federation details, settings)
• Your firearm / equipment data
• Your entire shooting log, including training and competition entries

3. 30-day grace period (reversible)

After you confirm, your account is first marked for deletion and permanently deleted after 30 days. If you sign in again within this period, the deletion is automatically cancelled and your data is kept. Once the period has elapsed, recovery is no longer possible.

4. Deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app, send us an email from the address you registered with to [email protected]. We will then delete your account and all associated data manually. For more information about your right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), see our Privacy Policy.
